Agent Attraction Playbook · Free Roadmap
This is the Agent Attraction Roadmap. A short set of steps that take you from quietly following along to actively attracting agents and building rev share income. Work through it in order, check things off as you go, and come back any time. You do not need a big following or a single cold pitch to start.
You now have the foundation, the page, the conversations, and the plan. This is where most people wish they had a coach in their corner. Scroll up to the ways I can help, or book your $27 Blueprint call and let's map your next 90 days together.
The Agent Attraction Playbook Podcast is the front door to everything here. Pick any 3 recent episodes and listen while you drive or walk. This is the fastest way to get the mindset.
Recruiting is chasing. Cold calls, pitches, pressure. Attracting is magnetic. You lead with value and the right agents come to you. Everything in this roadmap is built on that one shift. If it ever feels salesy, you are chasing. Back up and add value instead.
Write down one number: the monthly income you want from rev share inside 24 months. Then write the reason behind it. This is the anchor that keeps you consistent when it gets quiet.
New plays drop every week. Turn on post notifications so you never miss a training, a challenge, or a live.
Your bio should speak to the agent you want to attract, not just describe you. Name who you help and what you help them do. Something like: "Helping agents build income that doesn't stop when they stop selling."
Give new followers a clear front door. A simple pinned carousel that says who you are, who your page is for, and what to do next. Model it after the one that sent you here.
You do not need to go viral. Share your story, one lesson you learned, and one win (yours or a teammate's). Consistency and honesty attract far more than polish.
Picture the exact agent you want on your team. Their experience, their frustration, what they secretly want. When you know them, your content and conversations get sharp and everything gets easier.
Comment something real on their posts. Answer their questions. Cheer their wins. No pitch, no agenda. You are simply becoming a familiar, helpful face. Do this daily and momentum builds fast.
When a conversation opens up, ask before you tell. What are they working on? What's frustrating them right now? Most agents have never been genuinely asked. That question alone sets you apart.
Once someone leans in, listen for the real gap: income, freedom, support, or leverage. You are not selling. You are finding out whether what you have actually fits what they need.
Your only goal in a DM is a real conversation, usually a quick call. Take the pressure off yourself. You are inviting, not convincing.
Start by learning your brokerage's value add. Before you can attract anyone, you have to understand everything eXp already gives them: the tools, the tech, the training, the support. As Jon says, you're not the DJ, you're the promoter standing outside the club with the flyer. People come for eXp and its talent. Your job is to point at everything it offers.
Then build your value prop in three layers: eXp, your group (Four Aces), and you, your secret sauce and how available you'll be. Find your edge with the question Jon swears by: what do I wish my sponsor provided me that I'm not getting? That gap is your value. Because people don't join companies, they join people.
Study what eXp gives agents (tools, tech, training, support), then layer your group and yourself on top. Write it out, list the problems you solve, and turn it into a 30-second elevator pitch for why someone should partner with you. No one will ever be a better you.
Get fluent in why building a team and rev share changes an agent's life: income that compounds, pays beyond the closing table, and keeps paying. When you can tell this story simply, you can attract anyone it's right for.
Make the rev share math real. Download the Wealth Chart, fill it in with your own numbers, and keep it somewhere you'll see it. This is what turns "someday" into a plan.
You never have to have every answer. Bring in a leader for a simple 3-way call. It takes the pressure off you and gives the agent real proof. This one skill accelerates everything.
Nothing compresses the learning curve like doing it live with other agents. Keep an eye on the page for the next free challenge or training and show up.
Write down 5 agents you already know or admire. These are not pitches. They are 5 real conversations to start this month. Everything you learned above, put it to work here.

Questions people ask before they start
The attraction skills in this roadmap help any agent build influence and relationships. The rev share income model specifically is an eXp thing, and if that's the part that excites you, grab a Blueprint call and we'll talk through whether it's a fit.
Yes. Attraction is about being genuinely helpful and consistent, not about follower count. Plenty of people start these conversations with a few hundred followers. Start where you are.
There's no guarantee and anyone who promises one is lying. What I can tell you: the agents who work the daily conversations in Step 3 consistently are the ones it happens for. Focus on the reps, not the timeline.
The course (Mastery Series) is the full system, self-paced, on your schedule. Group coaching adds live time with me, accountability, and a room of agents building alongside you. Not sure which fits? Grab a Blueprint call and I'll point you the right way.
